WebSphere Application Server no longer starts :
To fix it by doing the following steps:
1. Open the file, server.xml in
profile_home\config\cells\cell_name\nodes\node_name\server\server1\
2. Locate the following line: genericJvmArgs="".
3. Replace this with an empty string: genericJvmArgs="". Start the application server.
